I’m sadly leaving East Village & my room is becoming available from the end of September. It’s a double room in a 4-bed modern townhouse in East Village, Stratford.

- £984.15 pcm + bills (approx. £90-£140pcm)
- No deposit is needed provided minimum salary requirement is met.
- Must meet the minimum salary requirement (this is set by GetLiving the management company)

Top floor room, fully furnished. You share a large modern bathroom with one other.

- across 3 floors with large open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

- 10 min walk to Stratford Station

- Surrounded by green space including the Olympic Park

HOUSEMATES
- Three girls aged between 23 - 25 (Gemma, Freya and Tian)
- All working professionals (Physio, lawyer and charity worker (Red Cross)). Mixture of in office and at home working.
- All three are lovely, sociable and fun. Enjoy cosy nights in and exploring bars and restaurants, and are looking for someone similar.
-All flat mates have their individual lives but treat the flat as their home, where everyone feels comfortable relaxing, chatting and hanging out together in the living room.
