One of the best flats in London

I'm moving to the US for work, so I'm giving up this amazing room in an INCREDIBLE apartment with two great guys.

The apartment:

I've been living here for almost 2 years with no issues at all. The house is kept tidy at all times. It's super quiet because we're on the 30th floor, and has everything you'd need.

You'd be living with two guys - Daniel and Matt. Daniel is a working professional in tech, and Matt is a working professional in start-up accelerators. Both of them are really respectful, tidy, and pleasant guys. No matter your gender, you can feel comfortable living with these two.

The house occasionally hosts dinners and hang outs in the living room but we all have our alone time and respect each other's privacy.

The house has a washer and dryer, gigabit internet, a modern bathroom, and a lot of storage.

We are council tax band D. Bills come to about ~100-200 a month which includes electricity, water, internet, and council tax.

The location:

East Village is a great neighbourhood, which feels like a bit of a utopia. You get 10 minute walking access through the Westfield to Stratford station which has excellent connectivity to the rest of the city, as well as a few minute walk to Stratford International which can take you to King's Cross in 7 minutes.

The room:

You'll have space in the room for a ~140cm width desk and chair if you're interested in that. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, closet, and heating. You get black-out curtains and silence at night.
