Hey! Thanks for reading our advert, hopefully this sounds like a place you’d like to live!
Our current flatmate is relocating so we are looking for someone to take over his spacious double room in East Village, Stratford.

The flat:
The flat is located conveniently ~5 minutes walk to Stratford International and ~10 minutes walk to Stratford Station which has excellent connections across London. Close to shops (e. g. Westfield), restaurants, parks and groceries.
This modern flat features just two other bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area is spacious and relaxing with a shared Netflix, Amazon and all other accounts to come home to after a long day at work. We’ve got laundry facilities and a handy dishwasher. Plus, there's a delightful covered balcony we often use, especially during the spring and summer.

The room:
Generously sized room with plenty of wardrobe space, a tall set of drawers and a bedside table. As shown in the current images it's an ideal space if you require working from home days.

The housemates:
You'll be sharing this space with two welcoming young professionals, 35 year old Elisa who works in marketing and a 34 year old from Essex meaning never a dull moment in the flat. One works in music promotion and occasionally works from home, while the other is a full-time in marketing.

Cleanliness and sociability are key points we are really looking for someone to come in and make the flat feel like home, someone that is sociable and wants to chill in the evenings around the tv or table but equally, we respect each other's privacy when someone needs some alone time.
We are open to both female and male applicants, just looking for the correct fit.

Landlord and Lease details
Get Living (the agent and landlord) requires an incoming tenant to demonstrate an annual income of 30 times the monthly rent, and complete a pre-tenancy check so any prospective tenants would need to be willing to complete this in advance of taking over the lease.

Big selling point: Get Living does not require any deposit to be paid.

Lease start: an incoming tenant would be needed to take over from 27 November, with rent paid by direct debit to get living on the 27th of each month. Moving in date could potentially be flexible for the right person.

Monthly Rent: 1069.00
Bills: Typically around £120 each, depending on the time of year.
