Hey there! I’m a girl subletting my lovely, fully furnished double room in 3 bed, 2 bath apartment for one month while I head home for the holidays between 13th Dec 2024 - 11 Jan 2025.
Ideally looking for another girl to take my spot, but would be open to others. Gender fluid individuals also welcome! The room is located in a modern, safe neighbourhood (East Village, Stratford) with easy access to shops and transport. There’s a Sainsbury Local 5 mins away, Better Gym & Gym Box are a quick walk and there is easy connectivity to the national rail, DLR and Elizabeth line station and Nation Express to Airports. I have two male flatmates - both working professionals. One is in a committed relationship and his girlfriend is always around and fun to hang with. We love cooking so there’s always food in the fridge.
You'll have access to fast 5G Wi-Fi, but please note that amenities aren’t included. They typically never exceed £200 in peak winter season. A week’s rent is required as a deposit (around £270).
This is a pet-friendly building. My flatmates love animals and have experience in pet-sitting. I only ask that you maintain the cleanliness and basic hygiene of the room, bathrooms & the apartment, and clean up before leaving the apartment on your last day.
