We have a double en-suite room available in our 3 storey townhouse in East Village (Hackney Wick is about 5 mins walk) and looking for a girl to fill this 💞.
The move in date is 19th October, so would have to meet this date.
Rent is £1,080 per month and bills are roughly 100-120 per month but usually cheaper in the summer. Our housemate is moving out after 3 years as she is going travelling! You will be sharing with Me 32, Charlotte who’s 27 and Mel 28, so ideally looking for someone around the same age. They are all social, keep the space clean, respectful and would like a new housemate who is looking to be friends as well as housemates.
Lastly, the room that is up for rent is on the ground floor by the front door so you have this to yourself then the lounge, living room, kitchen and outside courtyard is the next flight of stairs then the rest of the rooms and bathrooms are up the next flight of stairs. So lots of privacy!
0 deposit! Just rent is due on the move in date.
