I am advertising my double room in east village for a 1 year let only.
The flat has 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet, a shared living space and also a kitchen and a balcony with views over the city of London and Hackney and east village park.
We currently don’t have a cleaner as the flat is mostly always clean, however this can change with the incoming flatmate.
My flatmate works in the office 4-5 days a week, and is very clean and also quiet.
The bills per month add up to roughly £130, which are due at the end of the month.
☕️ The flat is right opposite Signorelli and is a short walk from Stratford international station and Stratford DLR station.
Westfield shopping centre is right around the corner, and the flat is away from any roads so there is little to no noise at night from moving vehicles.
