Megan and I are on the hunt for a lovely third flatmate to join us in a 3-bed property in Stratford, Olympic Park moving in on the 31st October.
About the Property:
Budget: Approx £1250 per month (excluding bills)
Location: Stratford, East London, Olympic Park
The property is a beautiful 3 storey town house a 6 minute walk to Stratford International Station and an 8 minute walk to Stratford Station.
Your room, a modern double bedroom with your own ensuite. This is located on the ground floor so you will have your own privacy. On the second floor, there is a good size living room and seperate kitchen and dining area, leading out to a large patio.
Upstairs are mine and Meg's bedrooms and shared bathroom.
About Us:
Amy: 31 (me!) an assisant headteacher from London.
Meg: 26, a brand manager for a womenswear brand, originally from Suffolk.
We’ve lived together before and loved it, so we’re excited to make this new place our home! We’re both sociable, enjoy wholesome activities, love a night out every now and then, and are always up for exploring London. We also appreciate our own space and balance working from home 1-2 days a week.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, professional girl who’s clean, organised, sociable, and respectful.
