Hiya!!!
I am currently living in this flat in a double room with shared bathroom, however our contract is up for renewal at the end of November (29-11) and I am looking to find a replacement for my room at the end.
The new contract is a 36 month contract, however will only require you to find yourself a replacement should you need to leave earlier.
About the flat:
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Westfield, a 3 minute walk to Stratford international and the DLR and has a Sainsbury’s local 5 minutes around the corner too.
As I mentioned, I currently share a bathroom with one other housemate, as the other two housemates have an en-suite.
About the housemates:
I currently live with 3 girls, all working professionals in early to mid twenties.
Requirements:
- very good / excellent credit score
- references
