Hi!
We have a small room coming available in a 4 bed townhouse in East Village, Stratford. The availability date is 26th November and you’ll be signing on for a 36month lease. You’ll have to stay a minimum of 3 months before any tenancy swaps but it’s quite easy to do!
You’ll be sharing with Consuela Beauchamp-Davies Julianne Power and I. We get on well and we’ll quite often spend evenings watching awful Netflix shows in the lounge with a glass of wine and some sweet treats🤝However, we equally understand the importance of some scrolly time in silence📱
Consuela (24) works in a solar energy company, Jules (25) works in PR and marketing, and I (24) work in a finance recruitment company.
We’re looking for someone around a similar age who is clean and tidy to join us in the house.
Jules and I both work from home in the living room 2-3 times a week and Consuela is in office everyday so do let us know your working pattern and we can figure something out that works for everyone!😊
The Property:
It's 3 storeys, with the advertised room (bedroom no. 3) on the top floor alongside two others, the living/kitchen/dining area on the middle floor, and my bedroom on the ground floor on street level. We have a dishwasher (a blessing) and a washer dryer as well. There is also a Juliet balcony and our own private garden area, with a communal garden area for the block. There is also optional parking available in a secure car park for additional payments per month to get living.
The area is brilliant, with Stratford tube station a 10 minute walk, Westfield shopping centre a 5 minute walk, the Olympic park a 5 minute walk, and Stratford international station a 5 minute walk. There's also loads of great independent businesses on our doorstep, including restaurants, cafe, pubs, cocktail bar, ice cream parlour, etc.
Logistics:
💵Rent - £1011 exc bills, bills incl council tax are around £100 a month and in winter can be up to around £130.
💵Deposit - approx £1000
🚘Move in date - 26th November
People moving in will need to earn a minimum of £30k to pass referencing, they will check so please be mindful of this!
You will also need a Very Good credit score
