My flatmate moving out of the country, I am looking for some one to take over his tenancy.

The room is a large double bedroom that has its own bathroom with a shower. The flat is on the 6th floor and has a large balcon. It has AC and is facing South East. This means that you get all the morning/mid day sun ☀️, but do not get toasted on hot summer afternoons.

The rent covers wifi. You would need to add around 150-170£ for the bills (council tax, electricty, heating and water).

- 5 min walk from Stratford International (7 mins to King's Cross St Pancras from here, 2 min DLR to Stratford Station)
- 14 min from Elisabeth & Central & Jubilee & Overground line platforms
- 5 min from Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury's Local, Westfield Stratford
- Several gyms nearby, free outdoor fitness classes
- Olympic stadium, aquatics centre, velodrome, tennis, badminton
- A lots of pubs and restaurants nearby

You will be sharing with me a 32 year old professional working in banking. I like to socialise but also appreciate having some alone time. I have long hours and would prefer to go back to a calm and relaxing home after work. Therefore, the flat would not be suitable for a party person. An ideal flatmate would be a person who is tidy and sociable, but also appreciates having their own space.

Also there will be a credit check which requires the prospective tenant to have an excellent credit score and yearly wage at least ×30 the rent.
