The 3 bedroom flat is on the 7th floor of torero mansions, over the road from the Olympic park and built above coffee shops, bars and cafes. It’s on the Hackney Wick side of East Village, so a 13 min walk to Hackney Wick overground, 8 min to Stratford international, and 15 to Stratford Underground (through Westfield if you want to exchange dryness and warmth for the price of chaos). Nisa over the road for emergency milk, 5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s and large Asda, Waitrose and M&S very close.

We are looking for someone to move into a spacious ensuite double bedroom with plenty of storage, a large window and black out blinds. Bedroom is fully furnished with bed, triple and double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We have a spacious living area, with dining table and chairs too. The balcony has plenty of space for leaving a bike if you need, or some outdoor plants etc.
The flat has underfloor heating, air conditioning, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Property is managed by Get Living which has an office 5 minute walk away and responds to any household issues quickly and can be logged via the app.

A bit more about us: we’re both professionals, generally quite outgoing, both have plenty of interests and love going out for a drink / having a games night (when we manage to align schedules), whilst also hanging out in our rooms too. One of us sometimes works from home in her room, the other works shifts so we just ask that the place be kept clean and tidy, with consideration for post-nights sleeping!
