The flat: This room is available Monday to Friday only and is in a bright, spacious 2 bedroom, 6th floor flat with wooden floors and under floor heating throughout. It has an open plan living room and kitchen with a good sized south west facing balcony. There is a shared bathroom with a bath, shower and a large mirrored storage cabinet. The flat also benefits from Bosch appliances including a fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher.

The room: The bedroom is a good size double, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. There are also plenty of built in storage cupboards in the hallway.

The location: The flat is located in the vibrant East Village which is a few minutes’ walk from Westfield. Within the East Village itself is a Sainsbury’s Local, a number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a local bakery. There are excellent leisure facilities close by with Better Gym, Gymbox and the London Aquatics Centre all within a few minutes walk. Also, it’s situated on the edge of the Olympic Park which is great for running, bike rides etc.

Travel: There are excellent transport links. Stratford International DLR station is the nearest station and is a 5 minute walk; there you can take the DLR 1 stop to Stratford Station and interchange with the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines as well as London Overground and other DLR services. A high speed rail link from Stratford International means Kings Cross St Pancras is just a 7 minute train ride away. All Stratford stations are within Zone 2. Hackney Wick Station is also just a 15 minute walk.

Cost: The rent includes all bills and a cleaner every 2 weeks. The deposit is a calendar month’s rent.
