Hello! I have a spacious room to rent in a big, modern 3-bed flat located in East Village. The flat also has a spacious balcony. The flat is located very close to Westfield Mall, tube, park and restaurants in East Village. Other flatmates include a couple who occupy the ensuite in the flat and another single working professional. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), so you will be sharing the bathroom with only one another individual. The apartment is wonderfully furnished. There is underground parking available but it's paid. There is no security deposit but the agency will run a credit check and the proof right to live in the UK.
