Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I'm moving in with my partner - I would not leave this flat otherwise since it's quite well located and spacious. The move in date is 8th November but I am flexible around those dates.

The double room is fully furnished has it's own en-suite and really well located. It is about 3 minutes walk away from Westfield Stratford and DLR/Stratford International - you can see these from the flat - and about a 7 minute walk from Stratford underground and overground station - with Stratford City bus station (and coaches to Stansted airport) visible from the flat as well.

It is also a 15 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground station and the Olympic Park and its facilities even closer.

You will be sharing the flat with Marco, another young professional that has lived in the area for a while. Ideally my replacement would be an easy-going, respectful, fun and clean person.

The flat itself has a spacious living room - see photos - that gets sun in the morning and tends to get the house warm and nice in the winter months.

The current contract is up until the end of February 2026, with a quite good deal for the area as it stands. Rent is expected to go up slightly (by the CPI %) in the anniversary of the contract, in Feb 2025.

Bills are separate and are an additional 160 pp (council tax, electricity, heating and broadband). There is the option to make broadband free but in this case we upgraded it to a 1Gbps option which is a tenner per month.

There is no deposit needed but you need to pass the referencing checks requested by Get Living, the company who manage the property. You need to earn a minimum annual salary of £35,000.

The building also has a very secure bike storage.

Parking is also available for an additional cost per month - this would need to be discussed with Get Living.

I have absolutely loved living here - it really is a great local community with wonderful green spaces and amenities. I love it so much that in fact I'm staying in the area, just a couple of blocks away from this one.
