Hello! I'm going travelling for 5 months so looking for a girl in their late 20s or early 30s to take my room in East Village from 5th Jan - 31st May 2025.
Modern double room with ensuite. Room has built in wardrobes, drawers, queen size bed, bed side tables, shelf, desk, and chair. Bathroom has built in shelves.
15 min walk to Stratford station with Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth lines, Overground, DLR and trains. Close to Westfield, Olympic park and Victoria Park. 20 mins walk to Hackney Wick.
Housemates
The current housemates are Sinead (27) who works in tech and Khush (31) who is a designer in advertising. They're the loveliest people and enjoy a chat in the kitchen. They work a hybrid of WFH and office.
Bills and deposit
Bills are included and cover water, wifi, energy, heating, council tax. I'm requesting a £300 deposit for my furniture which will remain in the room. I'll return the deposit to you at the end.
