Beautiful & bright double room in East Village

Our lovely housemate of 3 years is moving out towards the end of November and we are looking for someone new to join myself (Hollie, 34) and Tara (29).

We didn’t know eachother before moving into the flat but have got on so well, we all respect each others space but also love a chat on the balcony with some wine every now + then. Tara works in finance and I work in hospitality, so very opposite schedules.

We are looking for a professional in their late 20s/early 30s who’s just as easygoing, clean + lovely! We’d prefer you not to work from home 5days a week, just to keep the balance of the flat.

The flat is located in East Village, Stratford, right across from the Olympic Park. It’s a short walk to Hackney Wick, Here East and Fish Island. Stratford station is a 10-15min walk through Westfield, with amazing transport links. We love it!

The room is the brightest out of the three, with a big wardrobe for storage. The hallway also has a lot in case you need more. The room is furnished but it’s fine to bring in your own if you have it (please note: the bed pictured is the current tenants). You will be sharing the bathroom with just one other as the third room has an en-suite. We have a big shared living room, huge dining table for entertaining and a lovely balcony.

There is a bike shed downstairs in the car park available for use if you need it.

GetLiving manage the property and do not require a deposit. They’re really handy when any maintenance issues come up as you log a ticket via the app and someone will come out within a day or two.

Bills are around £110-130 extra per month.
