Beautiful & bright double room in East Village

**Official move in date is the 17th Oct, but can be flexible from the start of October **

I’m sadly leaving, so we’re looking for a new flatmate to join Tara and Rachel in our lovely 3 bed flat in East Village, Stratford.

We didn’t know each other before moving into the flat but have got on so well. We all respect each other’s space but also love a chat on the balcony with some wine every now + then. Tara works in finance and Rachel works in events.

We are looking for a professional in their late 20s/early-mid 30s who’s just as easygoing, clean + lovely! We’d prefer you not to work from home 5 days a week.

The flat is located in East Village, Stratford, right across from the Olympic Park. It’s a short walk to Hackney Wick, Here East and Fish Island. Stratford station is a 10–15 min walk through Westfield, with amazing transport links. We love it!

The room is the bright, with a big wardrobe for storage. The hallway also has a lot in case you need more. The room is furnished but it’s fine to bring in your own if you have it (please note: the bed will have no mattress but can be requested from east village residents) You will be sharing the bathroom with just one other as the third room has an en-suite. We have a big shared living room, huge dining table for entertaining and a lovely balcony.

There is a bike shed downstairs in the car park available for use if you need it.

GetLiving manage the property and do not require a deposit. They’re really handy when any maintenance issues come up as you log a ticket via the app and someone will come out within a day or two.

Bills are around £100–£120 extra per month.
