Lovely large room in shared flat, East Village

I am sadly having to leave my lovely shared flat in East Village as I’ll be moving in with my partner. You’ll be sharing with two girls in their mid/late twenties, Kate and Patricia. We are looking for a respectful professional who is clean and tidy. Flatmates are friendly and we will occasionally organise dinner or a games night, but for the most part the flat is pretty quiet as we understand people want to come in after work and chill!
The room:

The room is large and comes with a built-in wardrobe, bed and bedside tables, and a small chest of drawers. Please note not all furniture in the photos is included! It’s got plenty of space for extra furniture including a desk and chair if you work from home.

You will be sharing a large family sized bathroom with one other person. The bathroom has a bath, a rainfall shower, heated towel rail and plenty of storage.

The flat:

The flat is a really good size, especially in the summer when the winter garden becomes a whole extra room! The kitchen has everything you’d expect - oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus a dishwasher. Plenty of cupboards to have one each and shared space for pots and pans etc. The flat also has a washer dryer.

The flat is less than five minute walk from Stratford international station and DLR, Westfield, Sainsbury’s and plenty of cafes/restaurants. East village also has a doctors and dentist within walking distance, and a gym. Stratford station with Elizabeth line is approx. ten minute walk.

Bills:

Rent includes wifi, currently all other bills (council tax -band D, electricity, heating and water) come to approximately £120 a month, depending on the season.

PLEASE NOTE: the tenancy for this flat is with GetLiving who will require your (pre-tax) yearly salary to be 30X your monthly rent share. I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do about this so please don’t apply if this is not possible.
GetLiving will require references and credit checks once you apply, and providing this goes well then no deposit will be required for the room.
