Looking for a friendly, easy going gal/guy to take over my room. Contract is for 2 more years but you can get someone to replace you whenever you need.
The flat is right next to Stratford International DLR and National Rail, it's a 7 min walk from Stratford and is right next to Westfield. 12 min walk away from lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in Hackney Wick.
Furniture remaining in the bedroom will include double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a large 3-door wardrobe. Dining table, 2 sofas, coffee table and TV unit in the living room.
Flat is always quite warm during the winter so no need to use heating unless you like HOT. Very large garden-sized balcony (room for a large paddling pool, a table and chairs in the summer and plants)
