Ample additional storage outside in the living room, along with a work desk and chair for your work use. Fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a separate washer & drier. South facing window offers ample natural light and amazing views of London.
The building also has a private gym, co-working spaces, dining area, cinema house and two fantastic rooftop terraces with 360◦ views of London.
Zone 2, 15-20 mins to Central London – excellent connectivity with Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Overground and National Rail from Stratford
Lots to do in the area with the Olympic Park, Lee Valley Velo Centre, Aquatics Center, Westfield and many other things coming up around. M&S, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s within 5-10 mins distance. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area.
I’m an investment banker, usually work long hours and WFH twice a week holed up in my en-suite so you wouldn’t notice me much during the week. Weekends I relax and workout. I’m chill, friendly and considerate of individual privacy and personal space.
The existing contract runs until 2027 with break clauses. The management company are very prompt with maintenance requests which are usually sorted within 24 hours.
The rent for the room is £1,500 pcm, which includes 150 mbps broadband. Bills (council tax, water, gas and electricity) extra at around £150 per month.
You will need to earn approx. £60-80k and complete a full referencing etc. in order to be considered by the letting agency. Looking for a professional flatmate, ideally only a single person, who I can also become friends with, share a meal / pint with and explore the city on occasion.
