We have a great double room available in our 3 bedroom flat in East Village. The location is conveniently situated close to many transport links, parks and shops.

Former roommate is selling their furniture as part of the room which includes bed, chest of drawers, shelves, mirror, desk and office chair for £550 in total. All in perfect condition. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate. We are friendly and chill professionals who like to keep the flat clean and tidy. We are looking for someone similar to join.

- The flat is managed by Get Living London.
- They will need to do references etc before you move in
- You need to be working full time, pass an income test and credit checks.
- Get Living also sort out any maintenance issues we have with the property, for free
