Two sociable, respectful, and tidy professional girls looking for a like-minded, working female to join our 3 bedroom flat. We like to have a comfortable, welcoming environment and are hoping to find someone who’ll fit right into our easygoing, friendly dynamic. While we each have our own busy routines, we enjoy catching up and spending time together, so ideally, you’re someone who values a nice balance of independence and a warm, homely vibe.

Spacious double bedroom, sharing a bathroom with 1 other person.
The room is unfurnished however the current flatmate is willing to sell her furniture and the rest of the flat is all furnished already.

Location: zone 2 - East Village, Stratford great transport links (central, jubilee, Elizabeth line, DLR & 8 minute direct train to King’s Cross St Pancras) 5 min walk from main station
Rent: £990 + bills (around £150 per month).
Tenancy: Ends in March, but we’re looking for someone interested in staying long-term and renewing with us.
