We have a furnished double bedroom available in our three-storey Townhouse, based in East Village, Stratford, which is available from 27th December 2024. This also includes a shared bathroom, for sharing with one other house mate.

The property is very modern, built just prior to the 2012 Olympic Games to house athletes for the duration, which is now available for tenants to rent.

HOUSEMATES

You will be living with 3 male working professionals in their mid 20's. Everyone is sociable and friendly. We’re all generally busy with work during the week and are easy-going. The house is kept tidy and a regular cleaner is included within the bills, who cleans the communal areas every fortnight.

LIVING SPACE

The open plan living room/ kitchen/dining area is very spacious, with two large sofas and a 50" TV. We also have an outdoor patio area which is great in the summer. There is hyperoptic broadband with WIFI routers on every floor, which gives us super fast connection, great for working from home.

EAST VILLAGE

The area is extremely well connected to the city centre, with the Central, Jubilee, and Elizabeth Lines, the DLR, the Overground and TFL Rail, all available within a 10 minute walk.

The local neighbourhood is friendly, which includes a Sainsburys, gyms, a barbers, local bars/restaurants, coffee shops, all within a 5 minute walk. Westfields Shopping Centre is also a minute walk away. Hackney Wick/Victoria Park are a 15 to 20 minute walk along the canal.
