About the room:
A good-sized double room fully furnished with a bed, 2 x chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room has a big window with views across the communal garden and lots of light shining in.

You will be sharing a bathroom with one other. The bathroom is spacious with good storage and has both a shower and bath.

Contract is until October 2026 but you can get someone to replace you whenever you need.

Available from 21st January but open to negotiation.

About the flat:

This is a 3 bedroom flat on the 6th floor with a shared balcony, large living room and kitchen. Bills are not included in the price, but on average come to £120 per person per month, slightly higher in winter and slightly lower in summer. Internet is included in the rent (free high speed fibre optic broadband.) There is NO deposit needed. Parking and Bike Storage can be rented from Get Living London in the undercroft when arranged directly. There is also a communal garden which you can access.

The flat is located in East Village, and lies within walking distance from Westfield (5 mins) and the Olympic Park (1 mins). Transport options from our flat are great, with the Jubilee Line, Central Line, Overground, DLR and train services taking you to the city centre within minutes. I personally like the 7 minutes train to Kings Cross.

The flat is a joint tenancy, rented from Get Living. You will need to pass the referring, tenancy and sign up process. It's really easy and simple. Maintenance of the building is run by Get Living who can replace and fix anything quickly.

About the Housemates:
You will be sharing the flat with two lovely girls who will make you feel at home from the very start. They are super friendly and easy going. They are looking for someone who enjoys doing their own thing, but is equally looking for a household where you can have flat dinners every now and then, or have a chat in the evenings after work.
