Hey everyone! We are looking for a new housemate for our lovely townhouse in the East Village. Let us know if you want to come for a viewing, we are looking to get someone in January!

We have a spacious double en-suite room available in our modern townhouse. It has a lovely open plan living room/dining area, with a large private terrace and outdoor space, very close to the Olympic park. The house is over three floors, so we have the benefit of having flatmates to socialise with, but also having our own space.

The house is furnished to a high standard and the room is in excellent condition, so you are able to move in pretty easily, without having to buy anything new 😊 There is a dishwasher, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

We are a 12min walk to Stratford station which has the central, Jubilee, DLR, Elizabeth and overground lines which can get you to anywhere in London easily. We’re also a 5 minute walk to Stratford International DLR which can get you into Kings Cross in 7 minutes. We also have Westfield shopping centre within walking distance, and we’re situated on the lovely Olympic park with a short walk to Hackney Wick & Victoria Park.

Ideally we’re looking for a professional female who is looking for a happy and relaxed home. We really love our home and we’re looking for someone who is looking to do the same.

The rental agency requires affordability checks, and to qualify for this flat, your annual income will need to be at least £31,000.
