Get living will manager the contracts (the property manager), so you tenancy security is with them and all above board. They are very good with maintenance requests, normally fixed same day or next.

I am Kiwi living in the UK since 2020, I work in law, I am quiet, considerate, friendly, and clean. I don't smoke, I do drink socially. Enjoy good chat and being social and living with people I can be mates with. I enjoy history, new technology, cinema, and cooking (I normally cook to much and share it)

Current flatmates are moving out as they have both bought their own places. Both rooms are available immediately.
