Description
Our lovely flatmate is moving abroad so we are looking for someone to replace her from 28th January onwards (potentially flexible).
This is a large three bed, two bathroom 5th floor apartment. The room is a beautiful double ensuite that comes fully furnished with everything already set up for you to move in with ease.
The immediate area feels really green and peaceful, but is also so conveniently close to bars/restaurants/events in hackney wick and transport links in Stratford.
THE APARTMENT
One of our favourite things about the apartment is the incredible views of the city skyline and the Olympic Park. The apartment and living areas is super spacious and even has a separate winter garden.
The layout of the living area is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. It also comes with a large dining table, washing machine with dryer, living room area with plenty of seating, extending into a large covered balcony with an additional outdoor dining area.
The place is managed by Get Living who are very responsive and get things sorted really quickly (you can raise any issues in their app).
THE ROOM (see video)
The room is a bright and spacious large double bedroom with a great amount of storage space and an en suite toilet/shower room. The room is fully furnished, including a double bed and built in wardrobes. There are also options to keep the extra furniture from existing flatmate (bookcase and desk). It even has its own AC unit for when it gets hot in summer.
