Room in 3 bed flat with view of London skyline!

I’m planning to move out of my amazing 3 bed flat in East Village, Stratford to live with my boyfriend, and therefore am looking for someone to move in from 5th January (potential to push a bit later if needed).

The property:
The room comes furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside tables and a tall chest of draws. There’s also a shared open plan kitchen and living room, a winter garden (great for summer cocktails) and a fantastic view of the London skyline (see photos)! You’d also be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.

Your future flatmates:
Myself and another flatmate will be moving out around the same time therefore you’ll be living with one lovely existing flatmate, plus one other newbie.

The current flatmate is a professional in her mid twenties, who loves running, dancing, cooking and also loves a bit of trashy TV and a catch up over some wine! The new flatmate will be a similar age with the same dealbreakers as advertised here.

Your future area:
You will be a 5 min walk from Stratford International (DLR) or a 15 min walk from Stratford station (central line, jubilee, overground, Elizabeth line, more DLR).

East Village is a really sociable area with plenty of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and small retailers. The ‘village’ also put on community events such as big screens for the Olympics and Christmas markets. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here and will be sad to leave!

About you:
A deposit isn’t required, however the landlords require that you must be earning at least 30 x the advertised rent and have the right to live in the UK.
