Spacious Double EnSuite available in East Village

Hello, I am leaving our 4 bedroom house in Stratford (also near Hackney Wick) and looking for a replacement tenant.

The house has 3 floors, an open plan kitchen/living room/dining room and a patio garden. The available room is an en-suite bedroom located on the bottom floor, with no other rooms on this floor. It is a great space, if you are looking for a calm and peaceful environment :) There’s also tons of storage which is a huge plus! I also have a few pieces of furniture I’m willing to give a discount on for anyone who takes the flat!

The house is a 15-minute walk to Stratford station at Westfield and a 15 minute walk to Hackney Wick station.

The current tenants include Daniella, Jasha and Pauline. We are looking for another woman and would love to find a friendly, chill flatmate to create a home that is comfortable and relaxed for everyone. We’re looking for someone who wants to keep the living spaces clean and tidy, can communicate openly and be respectful to each other.

The move in date is around 3rd January.

There is a cat in the house so the space is best for someone who is happy with pets :)

Additional info:

- Deposit may be needed, just working out some details with our agency but the new tenant would need to confirm they earn more than £30,000 annually with the agency.

- Bills are around £100 per month but this varies.

- Parking/bike storage available.
