Hello, I am leaving our lovely 4 bedroom house in Stratford East Village (also near Hackney Wick) and looking for a replacement tenant.
The house has 3 floors, an open plan kitchen/living room/dining room and a patio garden. The available room is an double, and you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. There are two other rooms on this floor. It is a great space, if you are looking for a calm and peaceful environment :) There’s also a decent amount of storage which is a huge plus! If you are WFH/hybrid, there is a space in the dining area for a small desk and chair.
The house is a 5 minute walk to Stratford International DLR Station, a 15-minute walk to Stratford Station at Westfield and a 15 minute walk to Hackney Wick Station (Overground).
The current tenants include Daniella, Jasha and Devyn. We are looking for another woman and would love to find a friendly, chill flatmate to create a home that is comfortable and relaxed for everyone. We’re looking for someone who wants to keep the living spaces clean and tidy, can communicate openly and be respectful to each other.
The move in date is around 18th of January.
There is a cat in the house so the space is best for someone who is happy with pets :) .

- No deposit is required as this property is managed by Get Living Limited . The new tenant would need to confirm they earn more than £29,795 annually with the agency.
-References from your previous landlord, and proof of income/employment are required to complete the transfer.
- Bills are around £100 - £110 per month but this varies in the winter.
- Parking/bike storage available.
