Situated in East Village, 6 min train from Kings Cross, Elizabeth line (direct to Heathrow), central line, jubilee, DLR (15 min to city airport), national busses, overground, trains to eg Stansted.

Westfield also close with big Waitrose, and smaller supermarkets just around the corner (Sainsbury’s and Nisa).

Living room and kitchen with chromecast TV and the house has two bathrooms (1 en-suite) so you share only with one housemate. Big south facing balcony and living room windows.

Garage available at extra cost. Council permits can also be obtained for street parking. WiFi included in rent. Water, electricity and council tax come to about 90 pounds per person per month.

You will need to provide the landlord with your most recent payslip and corresponding bank statement so that they can verify your declared income. If you are self-employed, an accountants reference along with bank statements will be required. Employed status preferred.

The landlord is Get Living. Moving out is possible after 3 months and you will have to propose a new housemate to Get Living 1 month in advance.
