Lovely Flat in East Village!

Hi there,

We’re 3 girls in our mid/late 20’s (26, 26 and 29). Sadly I am leaving the flat shortly due to travels (otherwise wouldn’t be budging!) which means that my room is becoming free at the end of Jan 2025 (likely Jan 31st). You would be moving in with two very friendly, kind and slightly crazy ladies (in the best way!) so whoever is the right person to join the flat would be much welcomed.

My room is the master bedroom, a very healthy size and has its own en-suite. There’s a dream of storage in both the bedroom and bathroom / good blinds / side drawers etc that all come with the room. The room is £1095pcm, usually coming to £1213 with bills. As we’re part of Get Living this means with have all repairs/plumbing/maintenance etc covered within the rent which is always super handy when everyone’s juggling jobs and social lives!

We’re lucky to have a lovely big kitchen/living area, winter balcony and brand new washing machine.
The flat is about a 3 min walk to Stratford International station (DLR) or you can walk to Stratford (central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, overground etc) within 5ish mins. All the local amenities of East Village / Westfield is close walking distance. There’s also a gym just a few mins walk which is always handy if that’s up your street :)
There is also parking available on the bottom floor but this does have an extra charge with a separate company.
