2 modern rooms in big East Village townhouse

We have 2 rooms available in our East Village townhouse as 2 of our current flatmates are moving out to live with their girlfriends.

You’d be signing on to a new lease beginning 18th February, a 36 month tenancy with a 2 month break clause and can move out at any point with a replacement tenant.

Current flatmates are myself (Lewis) and Cameron, both Scottish professionals who have lived in the house for a couple of years. The landlord GetLiving are super responsive and always get any issues resolved quickly.

Both of the rooms share a bathroom (myself and Cameron have en-suites) so only shared between 2. There is a large open plan kitchen/living room/dining room on the 1st floor with both available rooms on the 2nd floor.

Bills not included and normally come to around £100 per person, per month

5 min walk to Stratford international DLR, 10 min walk to Stratford underground for Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, DLR and Overground. 5 min walk away from Westfield.
