Double en suite room available in East Village

Hi, I’m George and I’m the current flatmate. I’m looking to replace my friend who is sadly moving out at the end of January. The flat is a two bed, and the room available has an en-suite. There is a shared living room, kitchen and balcony.

We’re in the middle of the East Village, so in between Stratford and Stratford international stations. Hackney Wick and Leyton are about a 15-20 walk away too. Well connected with all major tube lines going through Stratford.

We’re looking for someone to move in from 1st Feb; there is some leeway on this but ideally as close to this date as possible.

I work standard office hours and my office is also in the Olympic Park, so I’m there most days. I’m looking for someone that likes their own space, but is also up for getting to know each other and having something of a relationship beyond just coming and going in the flat!

Bills not included - they come to about 160 a month. We have signed a tenancy agreement until Sept 26; we are allowed to swap tenants in and out but only once a year, so realistically the person coming in would be committing to stay until Jan 26 at least.
