Helloooo! My lovely friend Vanessa and I are looking for a new housemate from the end Feb to join us in our cosy, friendly flat in East Village. 

📍The spacious, modern flat is in a good location with Westfield and Stratford International about a 5 minute walk and Stratford Station around 10 minutes’ walk. There are lots of really cute cafes and restaurants nearby and we’re close to Hackney Marshes so there’s plenty of green space around too. 

🏡The room available is fully furnished with a double bed, large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. You would be sharing a bathroom with me (Vanessa has her own en-suite). The flat itself has a large open plan kitchen/living area and a winter garden terrace which is beautiful in the summer.

💰The rent is £1,159 p/m with bills around £150 a month on top. There is car parking available in a secure underground  car park (which can be arranged with Get Living for an extra £120 a month). 

✨Just a little about us; I’m Sophie, 26 and originally from down south and I’m a working professional in East London. I love a bottomless brunch, anything fashion/makeup and coffee dates. Vanessa is 30 and works in communications for a tech company. She is also a visual artist and creates beautiful artwork. She loves travelling, brunch and art exhibitions.
