Description
One of our flatmates is leaving so we are on the hunt for a replacement who is chilled, easy to live with and a good human.
You would be taking the room on the existing tenancy agreement to be concluded by 25 January, with the cost being £920 to our landlord GetLiving plus bills which we split evenly. Council tax has been £142 between us the last while and then we also have water billed quarterly, electric and broadband. All in I’d expect to pay around £1050pcm give or take as water is billed quarterly and heating fluctuates seasonally.
We are quite a laid back flat and let each other get on with life, generally chatting when we are around at the same times and trying to be decent humans in terms of looking after the flat and each other. There's no big expectations apart from trying to keep the easy atmosphere that we have.
The room is available for boys, your room will share a bathroom with me (Philip) - Callum has the ensuite. The flat has a great covered balcony that is the size of a decent extra living room and can even be used in the rain. It's a great sized living and kitchen area with lots of storage you're welcome to try make your mark on.
Callum and I, work in different legs of the financial industry, I can't think of any raging red flags to warn a new flatmate of, its genuinely been a great place to live and great people to share with. Maybe you can let us know something about you and ping any questions for us that you have our way and we will arrange a viewing and get things started?
Getliving doesn't do deposits so they will need to run a credit check which takes two to three weeks or so - we are keen to have someone onboard ahead of the move around the end-January. For the right candidate we can work out some flexibility on dates.
