Me and my Fiancè are buying our own flat and are looking for a girl or couple to replace us in our beautiful en-suite room in our lovely 3-Bed, 2 Bath flat in East Village.
The flat overlooks the Olympic Park, a beautiful, green area, an amazing part of London :)
The room comes fully furnished and pretty much everything you see in the photos is included (including the standing desk), apart from the smaller monitor/screen (large screen is included).
You'll be sharing the flat with the two other girls who live here.
Kira is occupying the middle bedroom and is a post-grad student studying her second masters degree at one of the local universities.
Gabs occupies the smaller bedroom and works as an interior designer.
They are both very tidy, quiet and friendly🙂
5 minute walk from Stratford International station (2 minute DLR to Stratford station from here), 15 min walk to Stratford Station and 10 minute Walk from Hackney Wick Station.
The cost of the room is £1500 with Bills included!
Couples is £100 extra (£1600pcm)
Move in date is ideally the end of October/beginning of November :)
