The room is situated in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the 10th floor of an apartment complex in East Village in East London. The apartment is spacious & bright, has a south-west facing balcony which gets plenty of sunlight and a modern open-plan kitchen living area. Both bedrooms are on either side of the hallway as you enter the apartment, so you will have a lot of privacy.

The apartment is in the heart of East Village and close to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Hackney Wick, Victoria Park and Westfield shopping centre. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There’s a Sainsbury and Nisa which are local (less than a couple mins walk away) and a Waitrose which is a 5 minute walk away. There’s also a 24 hour gym opposite the apartment complex and lots of green spaces, the main one with a massive outdoor screen for Wimbledon (when it was on) if that’s your thing.

Stratford international is a few minutes walk & Stratford (Elizabeth/Central/Jubilee) is about 8 minute walk allowing quick access (less than 15mins) to King’s Cross, Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf and Tottenham Court Road.

A little bit about me… I am 30 years old, from London & have lived in East London for most of my life. I work in asset management in The City, predominantly working from the office with the occasional day from home. I’m friendly, tidy & easy going and usually out and about on the weekends & like to travel a lot.

Bills are roughly £120 pcm.
