The New Housemate (you):
This advert is not open to couples. Ideally you will be a professional that doesn’t need to work from home every day. Sociable and keen to share the apartment as a home rather than somewhere to live. Cleanliness and sharing cleaning responsibilities are important.

The Current Housemate (me):
Unfortunately, a new housemate is unable to stay for employment reasons. Ideally he needs to leave the weekend 25th April but there’s some flexibility.

You will be sharing with me. I am an NHS nurse. I do the usual things such a socialising with friends, gym and going out for dinner and drinks.
