The Property:
A spacious two floor duplex apartment with its own ground floor entrance, and private patio garden that catches the sun all day and is lovely sit outside in the evening. There is a large open plan living room and kitchen, with plenty of storage throughout.

The apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and has recently been recarpeted. The shared areas are well equipped, including a TV, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, high quality kitchenware and everything you would expect in an established home.

Your Room:
The available bedroom is a generous double with four floor to ceiling wardrobes, providing a huge amount of storage. The furniture is new and there is a brand new mattress. There is ample space for a desk if you want one.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment. I use the upstairs bathroom, meaning the ground floor shower and wet room is effectively your own.

Rent and Bills:
Rent is £1,268 per month. Bills, including internet, water, heating, electricity and council tax, currently average approximately £200 per person per month, and are typically lower during the summer.

Tenancy:
The tenancy runs until the first week of September 2027, with the possibility of renewal subject to contract.

About You:
I’m looking for someone friendly and sociable who would like to share the apartment as a home, while still having our own lives and space.

Ideally you will be a professional who does not need to work from home every day. Being clean and sharing responsibility for looking after the communal areas is important. The room is for single occupancy only.

About Me:
I’m a healthcare professional working in the NHS - usually at work at least three days per week. I do all the usual things like the gym, seeing friends and relaxing at home. I’m sociable and would be very happy to occasionally have dinner or a drink together. I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and comfortable treating the apartment as their home rather than simply renting a room.
