Flatmate wanted for spare double room

I am looking for a flatmate to rent out the spare double bedroom I have in my flat in East Village, Stratford.
The flat is furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with a shower and open plan spacious living room/ kitchen. There is also a large balcony with outdoor furniture provided and a large communal garden space.
A little about me, I am 25, currently working in finance in the Moorgate area. I go into the office 3/4 days a week and work from home the remainder.
I am looking for an easy-going, clean flatmate to move in from May 2025.
In terms of location, the flat is a 6 minute walk from Westfield shopping centre.
It also is well connected with public transport, it’s a 5 minute walk from Stratford international station (DLR) and a 12 minute walk to Stratford station (Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, DLR and train lines).
The East Village area is newly built for the 2012 Olympics, with the flat just a 10 minute walk from the Olympic park and 3 minutes from Victory Park.
Rent would be £1,100 a month and we would split bills every month.
