Looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly home - available from now. We live in a penthouse apartment with a large panoramic balcony.

The room being offered is gorgeous – spacious en-suite with its own bathroom, plenty of storage (two built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, under-bed space). It measures 4.2m by 3.0m, leaving plenty of space for the included desk and other furnishings.

The shared living room is spacious with a large kitchen and massive windows that let in a lot of natural light.

Rent is £1,270 monthly plus about £150 for bills (includes super-fast 1Gbps internet and a cleaner who comes twice a month). The apartment is council tax band D.

We are excellently positioned, just 8-10 mins from Stratford Station and 5 mins from Stratford International. You can be in Soho in 20-30 mins, Kings Cross in 7 mins, and Hackney in about 20 mins. Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is on our doorstep, and we've got lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Amenities like gyms and supermarkets are only a 5-10 minute walk away.

We're two friends (25) who've lived here for 3 years and work full-time. We're looking for someone around our age who's also working, enjoys socializing but values their own space too. Guests are welcome! We just ask that you're clean, tidy, and happy to do your share of household chores.
