2 double rooms in sunny flat 🌞🏡

Hi all! My name is Ashlee and I’m looking for 2 flatmates to fill the 2 rooms that will be available on 23rd June. One flatmate is leaving for uni, the other to live with a friend.

Rent is £975 plus bills (max £120 each in winter, less in summer). You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one person.

A bit about me: I’m 33 years old and originally from Australia. I’ve been in the UK for 7 years. I work in public service consultancy and mostly work from home unless I’m out and about meeting clients. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, nature walks, meditating, singing and catching up with friends.

The flat would suit you if you’re looking to help cultivate a home that is:
- warm and cosy - a place to relax and unwind at the end of the day 🪴🧘‍♀️☀️
- welcoming and friendly (you’re open to chatting from time to time and taking an interest in each others lives) 💬😊

Some other things:
- Double bed, wardrobe, drawers included
- 24/7 security and access to maintenance staff as and when we need
- No deposit required
- You’ll need to go through referencing checks with the landlord (Get Living) and be earning more than £30,000p. a.
- The rent has just increased so wont be increasing anytime soon
- The contract commences 22nd June (sorry, no flex on this)
