• Only 10–15 minutes to central London (Liverpool Street, Farringdon, etc.) via the Elizabeth Line—super convenient for commuting.
Local Amenities:
• Surrounded by supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose, Lidl, plus a few Asian grocery stores if you’re into oriental food.
• Victory Park is 5 minutes away, and the Olympic Park & Aquatic Centre are about 15 minutes on foot—perfect if you enjoy swimming or working out.
The Area:
• The flat is right next to the Hilton Hotel in a quiet, safe, and well-maintained neighbourhood.
About Me:
• I’m a Cambridge Physics graduate and have been working in Farringdon (hybrid, 2 days in office) for the past two years.
• I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy music, reading, and gaming.
About the Flat:
• One en-suite room and one room with a shared bathroom (with me) will be available in July/August.
• Rent excludes bills, which usually come to £80–£100 per person per month.
• Council tax applies, so ideally looking for fellow young professionals, though students are welcome if you’re happy to split the tax.
