Hi, I’m a 27 year old female professional and have been living in East village for 4 years now. This townhouse has x2 en suite double rooms available - ideally looking for female professionals within the age range of 25-32.

A few mins walk to Stratford station which has great connections (central line, jubilee line, DLR, Mildmay line, Elizabeth line and National rail services), Stratford international station, Stratford bus station (including direct buses to Stansted Airport) and Westfield Stratford shopping centre. Sainsbury’s Local and many gyms within a few mins walk. Walkable distance to the London stadium where concerts and events are held! Queen Elizabeth Olympic park nearby, cute cafés and plenty more! It’s a great, safe location.

Double rooms are furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and x2 bedside drawers. There is space to fit in a desk if needed.

There is also plenty of storage cupboard space behind the mirrors in the bathroom.

Communal space: spacious living room, kitchen with plenty of food and storage space, dining area, Juliette balcony and outdoor patio with table and chairs. Plenty of storage space in upstairs corridor too.

Bills ~ £150 including council tax (band C)

Move in date 24th June earliest
