Hi! This double room in the East Village, Stratford will be available from 29th May. The rent is £912 per month (plus about £100 extra for bills)

The townhouse is a modern new-build located 3 mins from Stratford International and 5 mins from the Olympic Park. It’s a 12 min walk to Stratford station (zone 2/3) which has the Jubilee, Central and Elizabeth line, as well as the DLR, Overground and national rail trains so it’s so handy for getting to most of London!

The area feels safe and lively and we’ve all been loving living here!

We’d like to have viewings (preferably in-person) in the next few days, so the estate agent can start the tenant referencing process for the potential flatmate soon.

- A super spacious property, spread across three floors

THE ROOM
- The room is located on the top floor
- Furnished with a bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and a chest of drawers (there is a desk too - not the one in the photo but happy to keep or remove this depending on your preference)
- Modern bathroom, shared with only one other person

HOUSEMATES
- You’d be living with Shavon, Isabelle and Soukaina (23, 24, 25) who work in the office 2-5 days a week
- All flatmates have their own lives and hobbies but enjoy spending time together with chilled evenings in, as well as pub quizzes and hosting friends (we just hosted an at-home-cafe!)
- We’re looking for someone preferably in their 20s who would be sociable, respectful and treat the house as their home
