Modern, fully furnished double bedroom available in penthouse flat on the 8th floor.

Two of us will be moving out so there are two rooms available. The rooms feature triple wardrobe space, a kingsize bed, blackout curtains, under floor heating. As well as sharing a good size bathroom with only one other person.

We also have a large, fully equipped, shared kitchen with a breakfast bar and dishwasher and a lounge with two sofas, a TV and a large dining table. The lounge also leads off into a large balcony with amazing views of London and the East Village.
The whole flat also benefits from Air Conditioning in the Summer and underfloor heating in the Winter.

You'll be sharing with Alex, a young professional working in software engineering at a startup. I’m easygoing, clean, sociable, and always up for a chat or a shared meal, but also respectful of personal space. I love cooking when I have the time, exercising, music, exploring different parts of London and escaping the city when I can too.

We're looking for someone who wants to make this flat their home and brings their own touch, enjoys being sociable but can appreciate that every one needs their space every now and then.

The flat is a 5 min walk to Stratford International DLR, and Stratford International HS1 (Just 7 mins to Kings Cross), as well as an 8 minute walk to Stratford tube station or Hackney Wick overground. It’s also a 2 minute walk to the Olympic Park, so really close to green space!

You won't require a deposit and there's no additional fees given you earn over £34,300 pa.
Bills are roughly £100-£150 a month, dependent on the time of year. The agency, GetLiving will require you to pass Reference Checks.
