About the room & house:
*Large double with an ensuite shower. I moved to this house from a one bed apartment, I found that the double room was similar to living in the apartment, since there is so much space! In the room there is ample space to use how ever you want, I have a working space \ TV as well as a sofa bed for guests to stay, and space for yoga :)
The townhouse is split over 3 floors. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are on the middle floor and opens up to the terrace which catches the morning sun.
About the housemates:
In the house is Victoria, Kiyo and Karis. It’s a homey place to be, we enjoy each others company.. whether it be sofa surfing with Netflix after a busy day at work, heading to the nearby gym together for a class, heading out for drinks or shopping!
Everyone is equally respectful of each others space and considerate.
Victoria is a teacher, Kiyo works in Architecture & Karis in Advertising.

East Village has a lot of residents activities & clubs.. book club, football club, running club, pub quiz nights....
Nearby to Hackney Wick, amazing coffee shop signorelli, a variety of gyms, across the road is the Olympic park, 15 min cycle to Victoria Park, DLR less than 5 min walk, Westfield, 30min door to desk in Canary Wharf.
Bills and council tax not included , circa 120-150 per month
Landlord is with ‘Get living’
Please note that Get Living require the incoming occupant to demonstrate that their gross annual earnings is at least 30 times an equal rent share and they have a credit score of good or excellent.
