Great location, 5 minutes walk from Stratford International & Hackney Wick & 15 minutes walk from Stratford. With Queen Elizabeth & Victoria parks on the doorstep.
The flat itself is lovely & spacious with a huge open plan living / dining area and a large balcony. There is also a tonne of room for storage. The room on offer comes fully furnished with a shared bathroom.
We're both professionals, working in tech sales and recruitment respectively.
Ideally looking for someone who is easy going & clean. but we urgently need someone in by 5th Jan.
Rent is £1133 PCM with bills on top - typically £300 each (inclusive of broadband, full sky package, water, electric, and a cleaner).
