• We will consider candidates who work full on-site or from home no more than 1–2 days per week.
• Your annual salary should be 30X of your room’s rent to meet the criteria for the Agency, or you will need a guarantor. 🕵️
•Smoking & Pets are also not permitted as per the tenancy agreement. 🐶
