We are two girls, 28 and 29 both in corporate jobs, currently living together in another 3 bedroom flat nearby and will be moving in on the 29th August. We have a double room available in this new 3 bedroom flat from the same date. This is bedroom 2 as highlighted in the floorplan.

The flat is open plan and fully furnished. The bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. You will be sharing a bathroom with one girl.

The flat is run by Get Living London which means there is no deposit required for the flat but you will need to be referenced including a credit check. Rent includes internet and the other bills come to around an extra £100 a month including council tax.

We are relaxed, friendly and sociable and whilst we have friends round occasionally, we aren’t a party flat. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, and want someone who does the same.

East Village is a lovely neighbourhood right next to the Olympic park, restaurants and bars and Westfield.

Stratford station is about a 10 minute walk away where you have access to Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Overground, DLR and National Rail trains. Stratford international is a 5 minute walk away which will get you to Kings Cross/St Pancras in 7 minutes.
