I’m looking for someone to replace myself in a gorgeous 3-bed flat in East Village, Stratford. The move in date would be from 14th September onwards. The tenancy is until October 2026, however there are options to extend/end the contract as you see fit - so lots of flexibility!

📍Location: East Village, Stratford, E20. It’s a 5 minute walk from Stratford Station and Stratford International, so amazing transport links (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR, Overground and National Rail). Getting into the city takes less than 10 minutes! We are also a quick 5 minute walk to Westfield Stratford, which has a wide range of shops and restaurants.

We are also a 15-20 minute walk from Hackney Wick where you can find lots of canal-side bars and restaurants.

- Large balcony, perfect to enjoy in the summer (stunning views)
- 1 Large king-sized bedroom (rent £1,084), you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 girl
- All furniture in the bedroom is included except the desk, mirror and book trolley. I am happy to leave the desk for free!
- Bills approximately £100 a month
- No deposit, however you must have an annual income of at least 30 times an equal rent share (approximately £34,000) and a good or excellent credit score.

You will be living with Hannah aged 28, who works in Software Development. Looking for someone friendly and sociable. Full-time working professionals preferred.
